STEP 1 - A Personal Service

One thing that's really important to Scan My Snaps is offering our customers the chance to talk to a real person. It's a bit old fashioned as so much is done online now, but we can add much more value to you over the phone.

  • We assess your needs, what type of scanning, by when etc
  • We collect or receive your photos personally
  • We answer any questions you have, no matter how simple they may seem
  • We only require a 50% deposit to start your order

STEP 2 - Hey Presto, We Scan Your Precious Photos and more

We scan your photos, slides, negatives, memorabilia and paperwork using professional Kodak scanners. Kodak take image quality very seriously. And so do we.

  • We can name your folders so that it's really easy for you to find your photos afterwards
  • We scan most items at 300dpi or 600dpi and slides and negatives at 1200dpi
  • We crop your images to their correct shape/size and we rotate them for ease of viewing too

STEP 3 - We return them, you review them

Within 3 working days, you'll be able to view a sample of your scanned images via a link which we'll email to you.

  • We call to see you are happy and take final payment
  • We take final payment
  • We return or you collect your original photos personally, along with your extra CDs or USB sticks
